At AMSUDHA, we take utmost care in maintaining the quality and hygiene of our products.
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or stale upon arrival.
Returns & Exchanges (Eligible Cases Only)
We only accept return or exchange requests if:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The product is stale/defective
To request an exchange:
- Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product for verification
Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate the exchange process.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not available
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Important Notes
- No returns/refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect order selection
- Requests without proper proof may not be accepted
